Here's another complain letter to nokia.

Dear Roy,

I am sorry for both Nokia and myself to be contacting you again, especially so for Nokia.

It seems that the phone Nokia replaced for me has the exact same problem AGAIN. The screen blacks out constantly and I am unable to receive/send messages/calls. This has been going on for a month already and I've had enough with Nokia already.

Your replacement phone which is obviously a refurbished set has the exact same problems and I am utterly unhappy with your product.

Please reply ASAP with a plausible and better solution. Thank you.

In case you all say I only know how to complain, here's a letter to sbs.

A young Indian driver driving the bus that day was very friendly and helpful towards a mother and her child whom were looking to stop at Safra Toa Payoh.

Even though the driver gave them the wrong information at first, he stopped and went to tell them the correct information in the end even though he did not have to because they had already alighted.

Also, it was raining that day and he took the effort to purposely stop very near the shelter for passengers to board without getting wet. Some drivers will stop very far from the bus shelter even though it's pouring. They seem to think that all passengers have invisible umbrellas to keep them from getting wet.

But this driver however was one in a million with his great attitude and service. He took an extra step to helping out his passengers and that is a rare quality in bus captains nowadays. I really enjoyed taking his bus as it was a really pleasant experience for me. Please tell him thank you for his great service and award him as you see fit. Thank you.

see? i can compliment too. i hope you all are happy with yourselves.

It's times like this that really make me doubt myself. ='(
