I am a very, very
unsatisfied Starhub customer. I emailed just 2 weeks before about my Blackberry Bold 9000 White being faulty and Starhub's inefficiency to solve the problem.
I am glad to say Starhub has replied me promptly and got me a satisfactory answer, which is an immediate replacement of my handphone, within 3 - 5 days of my email and I got my mobile on 19/11/2010.
However, just 2 days after I got my replacement handset, my blackberry battery just died on me. I was the original battery I got with my phone and it couldn't be detected and I know this for sure as I tested my battery on my friend's blackberry and vice versa. Again, it has left me crippled without a phone.
I called Starhub to check if the warranty covers battery and your staff told me it's under warranty for a year and all I have to do is go down to Starhub for a replacement too. Therefore, I went down to Starhub Plaza Singapura today to get it changed and your staff at the counter told me my warranty doesn't cover battery? So now my question is this - Does my blackberry warranty cover battery and if it doesn't, it is absolutely ridiculous and why did one of your staff tell me it did in the first place and sent me down to Starhub for nothing? I am a very busy person and my time is very precious. I hope to get a satisfactory explanation about this.
Also, your staff at the counter was very rude in serving customers. She told me to read the warranty before coming and couldn't give me a satisfactory answer to my questions. I hope this matter will get looked into ASAP.
Again, like I mentioned before, I have been a customer of Starhub for more than 7 years now and I am thoroughly disappointed and upset about the service I am getting from Starhub. I would very much like to get an explanation and a replacement battery from Starhub ASAP.
